Freshly roasted coffee has a distinctive fresh smell, the kind of aroma you want to bring close to you over and over again.
When you brew fresh coffee you can feel the gasses coming out from the coffee ground as soon as you pour water into it. It looks like bubbles “breathing” out of the coffee
Roasted coffee loses its freshly roasted flavor in about a week, so it is very important to keep track of the age of your roasted coffee. If you are going to sell whole bean coffee, put the “date roasted”right on the bag! Sell it or brew it within a few days of roasting, and the flavor will be genuinely memorable
We source in Japan some of the best single origin coffee beans, in order to pass import procedures in Japan the beans need to be free free from agrochemical residues, when the beans carry the organic mark we will specify in the product page
